Verizon App Pre-Paid Experience

With the team at AKQA, I worked closely with our client to build out their customer app experience. Much of the business requirements and needs were determined by the client’s internal functions so our work centered around building and developing the app. Due to the high impact and adoption, the project had very little room for mistakes in user flows. For that reason, we made a collective decision for every possible state and variation to be represented and annotated for proper build out. The biggest challenge was high attention to detail to a system that had a complex amount of screen variations, but at very subtle levels. To make sure we were on track, we met with our client weekly to review progress and changes.

This work would eventually lead to the same experience for a multi-line customer (family plan) where each member of the family must be customized for by the owner of the multi-line account.
