alphabet global identity verification
Led UX and system design for Foundational Identity Verification, meeting NIST IAL3 standards and protecting Alphabet’s global workforce at scale. This multi-user, multi-device, and multi-surface system was a zero-to-one security ecosystem project requiring cross-org collaboration and third party technology vendors (Core Tech Impact Award 2026 and Google Tech Impact Award Nomination).
ai guidance for identity verification
Recognized a gap in our support and communications regarding identity verification requirements due to the fluid nature of global identity requirements and no resource available to actively track changes on an ongoing basis. Worked with security engineer and built and launched an AI solution.
Device portal - Cloud and virtual machine setup

Delivered new self-help device trust error ecosystem allowing users to troubleshoot meeting internal accessibility compliance. Part of BeyondCorp zero-trust initiative.
id verify app enhancements
From concept to launch, enabled multi-document AI/ML-driven mobile identity verification for onboarding and security authorization workflows across all of Alphabet for FTE, xWF, TVC, and Partner accounts. This zero-to-one effort helped the company meet required security compliance standards and paved the way for more advanced verification methods.

All-in-one Alphabet-wide corporate security access app enabling users to authenticate for accessing corporate systems, access physical buildings/rooms, and manage their identity verification.
admin device portal
Proposed, planned, and executed UX design and launch for internal device fleet management, observability, and investigation tool. This was a zero-to-one device management ecosystem consolidating 10 tools and data sources as part of device management and monitoring, significantly reducing operator toil and easing system learnability.
